Lori Greiner

Lori Greiner (born Lori Husman) is an American TV host and entrepreneur. From 2009 on, she's appeared as a Shark or a Shark investor, in ABC's business reality show Shark Tank. Her interest in creating customized jewelry during her time in college and continued to create and sell the items until she came across the idea of creating a plastic Earring organizer. She then showed it to the women in the streets to see their reactions. Eventually she patented the product and began selling it on several platforms both offline and online and continues to develop more and more products. She has so far created and launched over 1,000 profitable products. She also holds over 120 US and International patents. She is a sharp observer, an acute sense of business and can instantly tell whether a product is going to prove to be successful or not. The result is a 95% success rate in her business. A strong believer of "if you are lucky enough to have a chance at success then you are bound to make a difference", she also makes annually donations to a wide assortment of charitable causes.
